Why I created the Independent Agent Alliance.
Independent agents should not have to choose between keeping their independence and having a strong professional network.
The origin
There had to be another way.
I started as a real estate agent and experienced different brokerages, mentorship structures, teams, fees, commission splits, and recruiting-based organizations.
Some models provide meaningful value. Others simply continue a structure where many people can earn from the production of the agent doing the transaction.
That question became the Independent Agent Alliance.

No solicitation into brokerages, teams, MLMs, or revenue-sharing structures.
Not a middleman
IAA does not process payments, negotiate terms, or participate in compensation.
